Teresa joined Medax in 2008 as a swing-shift supervisor in the Packaging Department. Her dedication and great organizational skills earned her a promotion to Assistant Production Manager in 2009.

In April, 2010, Teresa was, again, promoted to Production/Manufacturing Manager. She has been a pivotal player in rebuilding Medax, spending countless hours organizing the production process and spearheading the new quality initiatives of the company.

During July, 2011, Teresa was promoted to Operations Manager at Medax International.
